old versus new

Rod and Linda were in a quandary! “Do we try and repair these old chairs or do we just go out and purchase new?”.

Well, considering the chairs have been around for so long and they’re still worth restoring, let’s do this right!:

1/. Keep the sentiment alive since they’ve been in our family for so long,
2/. Be kind to the environment by not adding to our landfill problem.
3/. Avoid unwittingly buying mass produced, imported product that may only last 5 or 10 years!
4/. Support a local company that’s focused on keeping some manufacturing and craft skills alive and well.

Talk about a total feel good vibe! We congratulate you Rod & Linda! Thanks for the work – these chairs have some of the most amazing grain character we have ever seen.
