Double King Single

Michael’s new custom made bed.

Michael & his wife required a special bed to accommodate their different sleeping needs so we collaborated and came up with this “Double King Single”.

The frame has been designed to house 2 king single mattresses so that they can buy one soft and one hard but still have the added comfort of a large sleeping area and a seamless, bigger than king-size overall sleeping surface. All this in a contemporary/traditional design marrying old world deep buttoning, traditional, hand-carved legs and modern lines.
