Esther’s dressing table

Esther’s mahogany dressing table was smashed in an accident and the base of both uprights were ruined. One of the drawers were also smashed, with half of the smashed pieces missing. We had to recreate one drawer by hand making the very fine timber veneer inlay. I watched as one of our master craftsmen perform surgical style recreation of the fine work. Then our French polishers worked their magic too!
