Oak strength and beauty

Stephen loved the chairs so much, he ordered matching handrails. Stephen & his wife are elderly and mildly handicapped and part of the reason why he engaged Renowned Furniture to custom make his dining chairs was because he wanted to be sure that they were made to be safe, strong and long lasting, qualities not found in too many of the mass produced, imported pieces being sold today.
 Stephen was so impressed with his new chairs that he asked if we could custom build him some safety rails for around his new home. He felt that all of the standard hand rails he looked at were too cold and unattractive. We used Oak and polished them all using the same polish we did for the chairs. The end result is warm & strong.

Stephen’s chairs are complete.
Red leather upholstery with deep buttoned backs and polished oak finish, the chairs are a first class example of what the Renowned Craftsmen are capable of. And the client, Stephen is a first class example of a customer who appreciates the quality and the time it takes to produce such pieces.

Stephen & his wife have a love for Australian made timber furniture. Their home is filled with some of the most beautiful pieces and all locally made spanning more than 50 years. They have an English oak dining table and decided to have 6 dining chairs made to match.
The main criteria was strength and beauty.
The design is simple and practical.
We suggested a deep buttoned back rest with padded seat all in burgundy leather and let the oak of the chairs blend with the table. Progress so far is tying in nicely with a move to a riverside apartment later this month.
