Renowned’s growth and upgrade of plant and equipment continue. Sometimes we gift old equipment to the team by way of gratitude for such wonderful service or to a worthy cause and on other occasions we look for organizations and groups in need rather then try and sell it off for money. This is our way of giving a little back to our staff & the community. This time The Men’s Shed were in the right place at the right time. The work these guys do is amazing. Men’s sheds are popping up everywhere and they do some great work. Firstly, it’s a great place to go if you have some skills and some time on your hands.

They provide a great spot for like-minded men to meet and do some of the work that they love such as timber work, furniture making & repairs charity work and so on.

Our old dust extractors will provide some much needed relief from the excessive dust made by some of the machinery that they are using. At the same time, our new dust extraction system will improve our workplace 100 fold making it cleaner and safer for all. Housekeeping time will be reduced and a clean environment subliminally encourages all of us to step up our quality and output so it’s hard to find a loser in this recent initiative!!!
